See My ProjectsI've spent over 8 years at GPI working my way up from operator to Continuous Improvement Specialist. Every step taught me something new about how people, processes, and data connect on the plant floor.
I originally started my Associate's in Applied Science for Programming about 10 years ago but stepped away to provide for my family. I'm back now to finish what I started, with a much clearer picture of where I want to go.
The turning point came when I facilitated an MES rollout at our facility. Watching what was possible when that data was leveraged correctly flipped a switch. Since then I've been focused on automating manual reporting and connecting our QMS, MES, and ERP systems to eliminate wasted manhours.
